Refund Policy
– There is 14 days for any product refund. The product can be returned and the money will be reimbursed to the client. Note: CCTECH CORP US will not reimburse the shipping cost, 20% of restock charge and/ or taxes.

– In case of merchandise return, the client is responsible of paying shipping charges for any product refund.
– There is a 20% restock fee for all product refund and this amount will not be reimbursed in any term or guarantee.
– If the product is damaged it can be send with the RMA number and the exchange will be made following the terms of the guarantee.
– The guarantee varies depending on the product purchased.
